Tactics
My deployment will depend on what I roll on the strategic warlord traits. I believe most of them will work really well with the list(infiltrate 3 units, re roll reserves, night Attack to help first turn, better cover in ruins for infantry) with infiltrate being the better option I think with turn one charges. If I get te roll reserves and first turn I will deep strike most of my army. The army is focused on moving fast and trying to hit hard. No AA but I will just have to ignore them. If I deep strike or infiltrate I will save my shunt move for the end to take objectives. The interceptors will try to stay in combat or stay in cover to take objectives. Both librarians will go with terminators and I will roll the first one on santic powers to hope to get gate. If I get gate and depending on my opponent I will roll for invis on the other one. If I don't get gate I think it would be more worth it to try and roll for it with the second librarian. At this point I will just teleport around and shoot/ support the other units. I don't believe im too lacking in anti tank with the dreadknights and knight errant. Any thoughts Willis be helpful. Thanks.

Alternatively you could remove the librarian without the relic as well as 5 intercetors in order to take Draigo. He'll give you gate while you can hope for vortex or cleansing flame with your main librarian in order to provide some ranged power. Then if there's enough points you can add a psycannon to the terminators.

Just some ideas. I think it's a solid list as is too.

Seriously though, I like the look of your list, it should do alright. I would look to include a second GKT unit though. Those 7 models hold 7 warp charge and all your HQs.. its gonna go down pretty fast.

It wouldn't be too hard to fit a second unit at the expense of 5 intercepts and some weapon upgrades like sidegrading the greatswords to hammers and losing a second weapon off each knight. These you can put back on the GKTs as psycans. The DLD and cbmeltas I also feel aren't needed so you could squeeze pts there instead if necessary.
