I assume you plan to deep strike the Strike Squad with the Librarian attached while the razorback captures objectives and shoots stuff? You could squeeze 3x5 pagks, 2 rhinos and the libby at 500 for an MSU approach.
Or 5 pagks rhino and 5 GKTs fully tooled + libby.
Or lastly 2x5 GKTs fully tooled + libby. I would suggest something like this instead.
