They're both mobile forces in the background; how about a scenario that emphasizes that? Maybe one side is protecting a stationary target or slow-moving convoy and the other has to destroy key parts of it? Or the White Scars are making a raid to eliminate a key minor xenos leader while the Tau try to protect him to get their planet to join the Greater Good?
