				<description><![CDATA[ Hello all, could use some advice here. Running a 1000 point escalation league army and could use some critique as I've not played very much lately.<br /> <br /> I'm not looking for a straight up <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(323);'>WAAC</span> list, more of a list that, with some skilled application of tactics and forethought, has a good chance of producing a good game.<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span><br /> <br /> Farseer<br /> Singing Spear and Spirit Stone of Anath'lan<br /> <br /> Spirit Seer<br /> <br /> <br /> TROOPS<br /> <br /> Dire Avengers x9<br /> Exarch /w power weapon and shimmer shield (so total of 10 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(25);'>DA</span>)<br /> Wave serpent, normal loadout<br /> <br /> Wraithguard<br /> D-Scythe<br /> Wave serpent, normal loadout<br /> <br /> <br /> HEAVY SUPPORT<br /> <br /> Vaul's Wrath Support Battery x3<br /> Vibro Cannon<br /> <br /> War Walker<br /> 2x Shuriken Cannon<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Far seer with the artillery, spirit seer with either the guard or <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(25);'>DA</span> depending on opponent and who will be more aggressive. War walker outflanks to pick off targets of opportunity.<br /> <br /> I typically run Ulthwe, so I try to stay fluffy if I can, hence the psykers, single aspect warrior, and guardian piloted/fired weaponry.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I don't have a ton of experience but I'd like to offer some feedback because that's why you posted. Have you run the support batteries before? I'm curious as to their effectiveness. On to your list. You have two highly mobile transports that hit decently hard. I will say that I like scatter lasers for laser-lock, but that the bladestorm might be nice if you through a cannon underneath. Are you not worries too much about getting shot? I might add holo fields to keep your tanks around long enough. Your guard have template weapons and the avengers only have 18" range. Bad to get smashed early and be foot slogging it. War walkers can put some hurt on light armor or heavy infantry pretty easily.<br /> <br /> So really I'd just try it out man. You have buffing from your psykers (which is what eldar are awesome at - buffing or debuffing) and solid troops to get the heavy lifting done. I might suggest adding some fire dragons going forward. I don't know what points increments you will increase by, but the melta will help with the tanks you will most likely see.<br /> <br /> Hoped I offered some insight, just my 2 cents.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I like the artillery pieces, it's a useful place to hide a farseer and make her T7 while making them leadership 10. Additionally, if all 3 vibro cannons hit (which is a good chance with BS4 and guide), then it's 3 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>Str</span> 9 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(6);'>AP</span> 2 shots for 90 points at 48 inches.<br /> <br /> Not a bad haul.<br /> <br /> The serpents have scatter lasers, cannons, and holofields, as is the "standard loadout" with them.<br /> <br /> Eventually down the road I'm planning on a seer council to be added in because they're an excellent debuffing unit. Not a full size unit, but enough to debuff things I'm hitting with other hard punching long range weapons.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Have you thought about switching shurkins to scatter lasers on the walkers? It adds a little more <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(805);'>AA</span> and has longer range incase the outflanking screws you. Lastly I like vibros, but the weavers are fantastic all around being 48" range and that sweet S6 blast with psudo rending, s7 against I4 and less means you can help kill armor as well.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I'm sitting right at 1000 points as it is so I can't do scatter lasers, and I didn't have any AP2 higher than <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span> 6/7 weaponry thus the vibros. I like the idea of, for 60 points, a war walker outflanking and just surprising them for a round or two before being shot off. the shurikens give him a nice threat too at 10 points less, which allows me to fit him into the list.]]></description>

I know people like them (overrated <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(71);'>imho</span>) but you need the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span> 10..use the points for star engines on the walker ... and use it for popup attacks.. 4inch out shoot 4 inch back... and 1 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(219);'>SL</span> is enough (U do not need two <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(219);'>SL</span> on a walker, you get rend for " free" and 3 twin linked shots that will hit.. 3 rend )]]></description>
