Necron Pariah Brainstorming

Hey guys!

I was looking to homebrew some Necron Pariah rules and wanted to ask the experts for some ideas.
I've debated between melee specialist, a debuff/buff unit, etc. Even considered cutting out certain units should you just to take one; ie. "The Necron Pariah is the product of "x" Dynasty. Their aggressive empire is constantly on the move, advancing quickly across enemy territories and so lacks the Cryptek constructs that are typically found on Necron Tombworlds such as Wraiths, etc."

The Warscythe route gets a bit redundant with Lychguard.. mobile heavy-hitters are done by Praetorians.. and having the Pariah show up solely for leadership debuffs and screwing with the Psychic Phase seems pointless.
Any ideas?

Edit:
Or a stat-bonus or some decent special rules in exchange for foregoing RP.
"This construct is too complex and uniquely complicated for damage to be repaired even by the hyperadvanced Necrodermis. Should the Necron Pariah fall in battle, the Dynasty must reclaim and repair their prize at a later date."
