				<title>splinter weapons.</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ ok, simple question, I am starting my Dark Eldar army, and have started thinking about why splinter rifles are rapid fire? <br /> <br /> Like come on, maybe it makes sense that they get double shots at half range, but why can something using a splinter weapon assault after doing so. <br /> <br /> I understand that dark eldar are frail, but they are not that frail, like they are shooting little glass shards, not giant bolts. <br /> <br /> This came up when I wanted my KW to assault a few missilesides to tarpit them for the rest of the game, but then I realized the sad reality of it. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I think of the difference between Assault and Rapid Fire like Assault weapons you barely have to aim, just sort of gun forward and shoot. I imagine KW lift the rifles up to their eyes and aim down sights when they shoot, which isn't really conducive to running forward. It's more a issue of the gun rather than the bolt/shard. <br /> <br /> The perspective doesn't really work for Tyranids, but it 100% makes sense that they are all assault.]]></description>
