				<description><![CDATA[ I've been making a fair few "proposal" topics, normally prefixed with some descriptor. <br /> <br /> Preliminary Proposals are early drafts/experimental ideas:<br /> -Reworking Defensive Weapons for vehicles, based on weapon type (assault/rapidfire/the lesser profile for salvo) rather than Strength.<br /> -Replacing Formations/Alternate <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(187);'>FOCs</span>/Decurions with a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(187);'>FoC</span> where you choose a focus (Troop/Elite/Fast/Heavy focused <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(187);'>FOCs</span>).<br /> -Adding a slot called "Specialist" for solos that are not quite leaders but useful experts to have around, aka The Marbo Slot.<br /> <br /> Tweaks are more "patches" for specific armies/units:<br /> -Buffing Guardians/Avengers, nerfing Bikes.<br /> -Chaos Plasma gets really hot.<br /> <br /> Universal Proposals are (hopefully) non-controversial proposals that should be easy to agree on:<br /> -5 point reduction on non-relic pistols.<br /> -All non-<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(93);'>mc</span> characters gain an extra wound.<br /> <br /> Crazy Proposals are those that are more to encourage debate/discussion, rather than be implemented as is:<br /> -All Bolt Weapons get Shred, adjust cost up for Bikes/Scouts<br /> -Every vehicle gains an extra <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(661);'>HP</span>/damage chart modified upwards for <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(6);'>AP</span> 3/2/1.<br /> <br /> I figure this is where it would make sense to discuss the implications of combining any or all of the proposals together. <br /> <br /> Example: Really Hot means Chaos plasma fires an extra shot, but each 1 is treated as two 1s (two saves, two <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(661);'>HP</span> potentially lost, etc). If combined with revised defensive weapons, it means that a Chaos Rhino could once/game move 12" and unload 3 S7/Ap2 shots. Combined with the reduced cost for Pistols, a Sergeant could spend 20 points to get 4 shots at 12"...at risk of frying himself considerably, unless the "extra wound for characters" proposal was also added.]]></description>
