I remember buying a few boxes of crisis suits from them, should've only taken a week to deliver right? Wrong! I only actually received the models after weeks of trying to get into contact with them, before finally starting a Paypal dispute.

I received the models soon after.

I've heard that it's a side project for one guy, so I can understand to an extent how he might've just been swamped with orders etc, but it was a terrible first impression, and I haven't ordered from them since.

I can however thoroughly recommend Black Cultist instead, less of a discount (21.5% off GW RRP) but I've never had a bad experience with them, and they've always been very accommodating in sending stuff out faster if I ask for it.
