Campaign Special Unit - Phoenix Superheavy Aerospace Superiority Fighter

So, I'm working on a Campaign with some people at my FLGS. It centers a rogue techpriest who has committed the sin of Innovation (and STC Kitbashing). While at least some of the characters are aware he did it FOR THE EMPEROR, that sort of thing is still terrible, so the AdMech sent a Skitarii/Space Marine strike force to liquidate him. However, the rogue and his small retinue of combat cyborgs have teamed up with several Imperial Guard detachments, who think that the idea of better gear and stuff might not be terrible. The Eldar show up for their usual shenanigans, and everybody starts killing each other until the Tyranid player (they don't know about him yet...) shows up and starts eating people's faces.

However, I'd really like some help designing and pricing this thing, so I can keep the point totals balanced.

As for price, this thing should probably sit somewhere between the Thunderhawk Transporter and the real thing (450-700), though I'd like to keep it out of the upper quintile. Its a Superheavy flyer with Hover Mode and Supersonic. 6 HP and either 13/12/12 or 12 all around.

Anyway, one of the systems the rogue techpriest has come up with is the Phoenix SASF, which does some rather interesting things, but the main one is that it can (and is designed to) use its Plasma Reactor Engines as a weapon system by redirecting the Plasma, a la Covenant Plasma Torpedoes from Halo (but not ridiculous, because the range is vastly shorter). The Field Array for this purpose also grants it an Invulnerable save (5++ most likely), and IWND, because of the rechargeable nature of the internal field bracing.

So, the Phoenix Drive (or whatever its going to be called) can be used once per turn. You can use it in the movement phase in either Vector Jet (+1 Vector Strike) or Cleansing Protocol (wide area anti-infantry bombing) modes. Alternatively, you can use it in the shooting phase in either Starlight (high ROF anti-MEQ/low AV shooting) or Firestorm (lots of templates) modes.

Vector Jet is anti-Vehicle/MC option. I'm THINKING 1d3 or (1d3+1) S10 AP2 hits. Its a bit more than you'd take from being Vector Strike'd by a FGC, but a FGC doesn't give up anything by Vector Striking, and gets it for free. However, as Vector Strikes always hit side armor, this might get a bit crazy, so I'm not entirely sure what would

Cleansing Protocol should be a Massive Blast or Apocalyptic Blast. Probably the former. S6 or S7 and PROBABLY AP3, but I'm not certain if that's ridiculous.

Starlight is one point of S lower that Cleansing Protocol, and still AP3, with a lot of shots (Heavy 8 to Heavy 15; somewhere in that range).

Firestorm is S5 AP4 Large Blasts, somewhere between 3 and 5.

I'm not the greatest at this sort of thing, and I'm only running the campaign because I Forge The Narrative better than anyone else (and I'm probably awful), so yeah. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
