HQ KHARN THE BETRAYER

HQ DEMON PRINCE (powe armor / axe of bliding fury / demon of khorne ) for anti tank purpose mostly

TROOP BERZERKERS x 7 (6 with chainaxes / champion with power weapon / melta bombs )

TROOP BERZERKERS x 6 (5 with chainaxes / champion with power weapon / melta bombs )

TRANSPORT CHAOS RHINO ( dirge cast / dozer blade ) for sqaud with 7 berzerkers

HEAVY CHAOS LAND RAIDER ( dirge cast / dozer blade ) for sqaud with 6 berzerkers and Kharn


so what do you think guys is this army good for 1000 pt ? i dont want to be super competative just not to sucks

Hello welcome to dakka,
Your demon prince probably needs wings, and since the rhino doesn't allow assault out of it I was wondering what your plan of action would be?
It may work for the first turn to move 6, disembark 6, run for turn ~2/3 assault. What if someone brings a flyer, that's why the DP wouldn't do bad with wings, make points by dropping some chain axes. Isn't there a banner that gives you re-roll charge etc. How effective would that be compared to powersword+melta bombs on a sarge?

There's not many khorne anti options from the CSM book apart from giving the DP wings so he can vector strike or a held rake.

There are renegade hydras, but all of that is forgeworld too, outside of forgeworld csm are pretty darn weak against flyers. Heldrakes get the job done but they're expensive, so are flying princes. Forgefiends are ok,especially if you can give them rerolls to hit, but they're also not cheap.
