I will start the list with my suggestion.

Ronald McDonald House. For those who don't know this group provides temporary homes for families who are dealing with a seriously ill child who require relocation to ensure their child is near their hospital. Its a reputable organization and they have my vote because the Charity helps families and it can be very local. There have been Ronnie Houses in every city I've lived in throughout my life and chances are there is one near you too.

I just reached out to her for CF charity suggestions and will update this post with a reputable organization, but my vote goes for supporting a CF charity.
