				<description><![CDATA[ The EPA one is an interesting decision, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(72);'>IMO</span>. I would have just thought that bad rules were simply that, bad rules, instead of actually being illegal/unconstitutional. I mean, the government makes bad laws/rules all the time, are they also illegal? And who decides the benefits, when it isn't just money?]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Man, Scalia went nuts on the other justices in his opinion on the death penalty ruling.  It was one thing to hear that vitriol when he gave it in his minority opinions on gay marriage and ACA, but to hear it as part of a majority ruling... the term sore winner comes to mind.]]></description>
