Some random Chaos Mark ideas.

Chaos Ascendent -
The mark of those who worship the pantheon of Chaos in varied forms, occasionally even as different aspects of one all-powerful god. These are the devoted brethren of Chaos and they are tenacious in their fervour.
Models with the Mark of Chaos Ascendent gain +1 Ld and may reroll any Leadership check they are required to make. Units with this Mark may always test to rally, even if they would normally not be permitted.

Chaos Undivided -
The mark for those who are less devoted to the dark gods. They may worship some, one, or none of the ruinous powers, and even then usually only has a means to their own vicious ends. They are ferocious to behold, and difficult to drive off.
Models with the Mark of Chaos Undivided gain +1 Ld and gain a +1 to their combat results. They may reroll their Sweeping Advance checks and gain +3” on their Consolidation movement.

Animosity -
The Chaos Gods are not allies in the normal, mortal, sense of the word. Occasionally their whims see them working in concert, but just as often their twisted goals see them sending their daemons against each other in seething tides of madness. To represent their distrust of one another, use the following rules.
In an army where the Warlord bears a Mark/ Daemon of rule of a particular Chaos God, Models bearing the same Mark / Daemon of rule operate as normal. Models bearing the opposing Mark / Daemon of rule must operate as though they were Desperate Allies. Models bearing either of the remaining gods Mark / Daemon of rule must operate as Allies of Convenience.
However, If the Warlord bears the Mark of Chaos Ascendant or Chaos Undivided, then you may ignore these Animosity rules. These armies are either so devoted, or so uncaring, that the petty rivalries of the gods’ followers are of no concern.
Slaanesh and Khorne are opposing gods.
Nurgle and Tzeentch are opposing gods.

I like them! Chaos Undivided is pretty cool, maybe immunity to Fear as well.

One idea I had was to give each Chaos mark a benefit, and then a morale benefit. It would make them a little bit more neat.

For example:

Mark of Khorne
This model gets Preferred Enemy: All (Saw this somewhere and I liked it). A unit comprised solely of models with the Mark of Khorne automatically pass all Morale tests in Close Combat.

Mark of Tzeentch
This unit gets Brotherhood of Sorcerers. A unit comprised solely of model with the Mark of Tzeentch automatically pass morale tests incurred from 25% casualties from Shooting.

Mark of Nurgle
This model gets +1 Toughness. A unit comprised solely of models with the Mark of Nurgle automatically pass all Rally tests.

Mark of Slaanesh
This model gets +1 Initiative. A unit comprised solely of models with the Mark of Slaanesh automatically pass all Pinning, Fear, Blind, and Concussive tests.
