Yes, I would say they are "tabletop standard" (3 colours and based = good enough for a game). To improve, I would suggest paying more attention to mold lines, they are especially noticeable at the ends of the shootas and choppas facing the camera. A wash to add some shadow and contrast would be a good idea. The more you paint, the better your models will look.
