So, I see in the assembly instructions that it says to not glue the bottom ring thing to the middle part. Does that mean it's supposed to be able to swivel during the game?

This is relevant because the fire points are on that building part. Normally this isn't a big deal because you have one on each corner, but being able to re-orient them means that if an enemy unit is wide enough, you can always get two fire points on it.

Does the Model have a Rule allowing you to turn the whole Building in order to face the Firepoints at the enemy?

Having never seen this Building I have looked over the instructions as well as a few pictures and can confirm it is designed to rotate freely. This has me wondering if the weapon on the top is also capable of rotating freely, of if it relies on the entire building rotating in order to point the barrel at the intended target. I do hope it requires the whole building to rotate like one large weapon mounting, as that adds another level to this interesting little Building. The Firepoints would then change location depending entirely on the last Unit fired at, as I could not find any Rule allowing the Model to rotate just to line up Firepoints prior shots being fired from the Unit inside.

If the weapon can freely rotate, I recommend talking to your opponent to see if they will allow you to rotate the whole building as that just seems a far better mechanic.

Yeah, the weapon itself is not supposed to be glued either, so it can rotate independently.

I'd kind of like to glue the middle part to the base so that I don't have it bouncing around or taking up a different slot in my case during transportation, but I also don't want to nerf the building itself in future army builds (my current plan doesn't call for using the fire points at all, actually).
