And there is very little information about them. Does anyone know anything beyond what is listed on that page? Is there any chance at all that they are Space Wolf successors? Yeah, I had some of those but I've now mixed them with the newer parts to make them fit in better. Hell, maybe I'll do a single squad of Red Wolves for kicks. Then maybe a squad of Shadow Wolves. SW successor except the one they had to put down for excessive mutation. It seems the SW geneseed needs something only the natives of Fenris have in order to stay stable (well, as stable as it can be).

But nothing prevents a Chapter from having Wolf in their name, and many no longer know what heritage they came from anyway. Maybe these Red Wolves are older than their recorded history (lost in some disaster) but at some point lost in time fought bravely on campaign together with a Space Wolf Great Company who exchanged iconography with their battle-brothers?
