Whenever I'm playing a game, Cortana randomly says the letter of the key that I hit. For isntance, if I'm playing an FPS, it'll say "w,w,w,a,a,d,s,w,s,s,w,d,d,d" while I'm playing, and it's getting annoying as crap. Edit: Windows + S opens Cortana. Again I don't know what game you're playing, but IIRC ARMA uses the Windows key for some commands, so it could be that whilst accessing one of those you've opened Cortana.
