Walmart was selling Plano cases that were very similar to this model for $11.97. However, they either discontinied the model or Walmarts in my area simply stopped carrying them. I'll double-check my model # and post that info tomorrow. But the ones I have can definitely fit a Valkyrie with room to spare.

I use one to transport my Menoth army like that: I don't take any of the foam inserts out and I place the models between the eggcrate sections. There's enough pressure when you close the case to hold the models in place, but not so much that it breaks arms or weapons. For the record, my Menoth army is almost entirely multi-part metal, including Temple Flameguard (spears) and Knights Exemplar (swords), and I've never had to repair anything out of the case.

A quick web search shows this model as being sold out on Walmart.com, but they're still available on Amazon for around $25. Twice as much as it used to retail for, but I still think it's a great value. It's also worth noting that the cases have exceptional user ratings and reviews.
