A campaign sounds fun!

You could go full narrative and take 'scout' like units or fast units for your starter army. Then bring in the heavy hitters as the campaign progresses.

Which means taking the Flyrant, Lictor, Rippers, Mawloc and maybe Venomthropes. Everything Deep Strikes except the Lictor and venoms who both hide somewhere. That to me would be a very amusing list that 'forges that narrative' because all your stuff is arriving from under ground, sneaking in or flying in. If you want 'more fluff' then take whatever you think is more fluffy?
