We haven't really discussed any way to kitbash acolytes, we've mainly been busy with inquisitors, DCA and storm troopers.
the GW DCA look nice, but they only have 2 poses. There are some crazy conversion in the gallery too.

that one is a D elf Witch body with GS to cover the head and ears.

with all sorts of other stuff.

I did a squad with their hood heads on Empire archers and really liked them.
