				<description><![CDATA[ I would like to see open topped rhino options and a "build a warband" system that lets you take options that would balance out well against the space marine chapter tactics.<br /> <br /> Have the army be allowed to take three "insert name here" options, some more expensive than others. A one dot bonus would unlock the daemon engines or the loyalist vehicle list, for example. Two dot options would allow faster unit speeds or God specific boosts to unit capabilities. Three dot options would allow things like resurecting units or tablewide game changing effects akin to the warpstorm table. If someone wanted to buy three level one bonuses, or one level three bonus their armies could have the same unit makeup but affect the game completely differently.<br /> <br /> Just spit-balling.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Loyalist get the grav weaponry. I suggest Chaos marines get benefits to plasma weaponry. There already is Ectoplasma weapons. I wish there was an army wide special rule called "Plasma Blood" all models in this army get a 6++ and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(265);'>fnp</span> save (models with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(265);'>fnp</span> get an improvement) from any enemy plasma weapon including eldar and tau safe plasma. In addition any model firing a plasma weapon result of gets hot! is rerolled. In addition, any plasma weaponry to wound or to penetrate roll of a 6s are treated as <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>Str</span> 8. <br /> <br /> Now a 15pt plasma gun/pistol is finally worthwhile. <br /> <br /> Now I originally wanted the Rule to allow all of <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(22);'>CSM</span> to completely ignore gets hot! and immunity to enemy damage of plasma weaponry including tau/eldar plasma <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span> 6 ap2 weaponry. And to  allow <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(22);'>CSM</span> plasma weapons to wound and to penetrate  roll of 6s become +1 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span>.<br /> <br />   <br /> ]]></description>

Full 6 powers per god discipline.<br /> 3) Mark of tzeentch - cast powers on a 3+, +1 invulnerable save, +1 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span>.<br /> 4) Mark of khorne - furious charge, charge 6" + <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(24);'>d6</span>,  assault grenades, +1WS<br /> 5) Mark of slaanesh - +1 initiative, fleet, hit and run, assault grenades.<br /> 6) Mark of nurgle - +1 Toughness,  shrouded, defensive grenades.<br /> 7) Open topped rhinos.<br /> 8) Daemon engines are WS4 at least, ffs. <br /> 9) Juicy warlord traits.<br /> 10) Units that could sensibly be a "daemon of" get the corresponding rules. No points increase.<br /> 11) Formations that don't suck. Fluffy for gods and some undivided. <br /> 12 ) Apostles can take steeds, bikes, and jump packs, and anything else they might want to take.<br /> 13) <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> rework, particularly Fabius bile and lucious the eternal.<br /> 14) Make chaos boons work better. Either like daemon rewards, god specific, or just individual charts you can choose to roll on like warlord traits.<br /> 15) More chaosy guns n weapons n stuff.<br /> 16) Nurgle <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>hq</span>'s have access to rot flies as well as palanquins.<br /> 17) Daemon prince points drop. Actually, lots of points drops.<br /> 18) I don't know how to fix termies, but that.<br /> 19) No forced gun or weapon changes for oblits and mutilators. Give em <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(468);'>EW</span> that only works against double strength.<br /> 20) Make champion of chaos force the other player to be unable to refuse a challenge. Chaos leaders will seek the strongest of the enemy.<br /> 21) Seriously, legion tactics or formations or at least some rules acknowledgement of their existence.<br /> 22) All around better delivery options for close combat units. <br /> <br /> Off the top of my head.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Distinguish the normal chaos marine renegades and chaos legionnaires. <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(644);'>VoTLW</span> should give an option of boosting the respective model of either <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(149);'>WS</span> or <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span> alongside the +1Ld and Hatred: Space Marines (which should really be Armies of the Imperium). <br /> <br /> For the cult units the big changes that need to happen are:<br /> <br /> Berserkers, make them 2 attacks base again and make it so chainaxes are either free or buff them up to gain either rending or +1S so they're a kind of cheap power maul. Either that or just allow them to take a variety of <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(486);'>PW</span> ala Vanguard Vet prices.<br /> <br /> Thousand Sons, make it so that the aspiring sorcerer (who should really be ML2 stock) gives them relentless rather than slow and purposeful as long as he's alive in the unit. Also make it so that they either have 2 wounds each or the ability to re-roll all failed armour saves of 1. Then add actual weapons options including Heavy Bolters or Autocannons which come with inferno bolts. Make the Icon of Flame actually useful by having it make all ranged weapons in the unit ignore cover (take that scat bikes!).<br /> <br /> Plague Marines are pretty decent for the most part. Maybe just change the Icon of Despair to give Shrouded in addition to Fear.<br /> <br /> Noise marines are okay, just change sonic blasters back to assault 2 weapons so they gain back more mobility. <br /> <br /> Chosen should be the most customizable of all the chaos units, make it so they're more than just an overglorified special weapons squad. Let them take one of several veteran "traits", so you can buy the whole unit infiltrate+stealth, or tank/monster hunters, or have the entire unit gain the same bonus from one roll on the chaos boon table (re-rolling spawnhood, dark apotheosis and the no reward results).]]></description>
