				<description><![CDATA[ They are updated to 7th which is good but seeing some things I can't help but understand some gripes.  Phantasm grenade launchers and equivalents that force an enemy to take a leadership test or lose guys.  Normally wouldn't be too bad if ATWKNF didn't negate it completely.  Failing that give dark eldar plenty of terror weapons such a bombs, really weird horrific deaths and similar that gives negative modifiers to morale checks or similar or at the very least pinning type weapons of some kind.  Dark eldar could use a lot of debuffs together and totally force an enemy to flee where the strike lands.  Some of our stuff works but our flyers are 10 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(9);'>AV</span> all around and our armor and toughness is super light.  I'm fine finding the bonuses of this army.<br /> <br /> So some ideas I think Dark Eldar could use are some weapons but on infantry.  Why not put disintegrator cannons on infantry or bikes of some kind.  Why not let leaders man bikes?  In fact giving a leader control of a vehicle should give boost to that type of vehicles' strengths.  Why no super duper grotesque for haemonculus yet?  I realize cronos and talos are a thing but certain there are bigger monsters out there with eldar wraith knights around.<br /> <br /> What new units could we have the skyfire well enough?  Perhaps something that entraps the flyer in a net (heat seeking missile that launches a web or net at the flyer) that saps the energy from it so the pilots can be ripped out of their ships and tortured for later.  Possibly make it similar to the shredders except longer ranged and maybe it gives some super crazy chart like the haywire stuff.  A possible strong chance of immobilized and therefore crash and burn.  Possibly one or two buffs or hexes to enemies in place of psychic powers and/or something to counter enemy psykers just a bit better though we seem ok by that I think.<br /> <br /> Also would self propelled specialty grenades with extra distance also be nice?  Maybe they could help give us some disorienting grenades similar to tau to ruin <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span> or assault.  Basically neuter the enemy and we get much farther ahead.  Right now normal grenades are on units that are totally wasting them.  Imagine there's a decent melee unit I want to hit in melee but I charged through cover.  So now my side is <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(74);'>Init</span> 1 while they're going first which can be a death sentence.  Also seriously why give grenades to the chumps that you generally don't want in combat in the first place.]]></description>
