Alpha legion help, Betrayal at calth

A Legion Praetor and Centurion as your HQs are given. You could make up two Tactical squads of twenty marines each.

The additional ten can be used for either a Veteran squad or as a special unit by selecting the Rewards of Treason. This gives you the ability to pick a squad that is restricted to another Legion.

The terminators could be upgraded to Lernear Terminator squad. They are pretty expensive in points, but have access to volkite chargers. Power axes are their normal weapon, but can be upgraded to power or chain fists. The ony down side to this would to be the purchase of the volkite weapons. I would ony go with five, then use the the other five as a normal terminator bodyguard squad for the Praetor.

Contemptor Mortise with two Kheres assault cannons can dole out a great amount of punshment. Sicarian tanks are also a point worthy buy. A Spartan is points costly, but I am a big fan. It works well with my HH World Eaters.

There are a lot of units to choose from in the Legion Crusade list and the Alpha Legion add-on units. Majestic sure you read over their Rite of War.

Mat

I thought 30 came in each box, or did someone else get 10 of them from you?
Anyway, assuming you have the complete sprues:
The two characters.
Two 15-man tactical squads.
One 10-man Headhunter squad (or skip this one and make the above tactical squads 20 each)
One 10-man Terminator squad (possibly converted to Lernaean Terminators (by spending the points to upgrade to powerfists, unless you've got the axes handy for conversion)
One 5-man tactical support squad with the special weapon of your choice from the BaC sprues
One 5-man heavy support squad with the heavy weapon of your choice from the BaC sprues
Add vehicles to taste.

Another alternative is to use the Pride of the Legion Rite of War, and model all 50 marines into 10-man Veteran Squads, allowing you to pick a veteran skill and the free ability from the Alpha Legion's rules. And, being veteran squads, you can upgrade them to Banestrike ammo.

Ignore everone else and take 3 Tac Squads, Not 2
The reason being that, if you want to take the Alpha Legion RoW, You need 3 minimum troop choices
And Because you took the RoW, you get access to all legion specific units, so you could arm all your terminators with lightning claws and take them as Red Butchers
