Looking for Terrain Advice - Neocity

Hey I was looking for something to base my new table off of concept-art wise. I'd like to do a neo-city akin to Los Angeles in Blade Runner, Neo-Tokyo in Ghost in the Shell, or something out of a Neuromancer novel. Any suggestions or concepts/art you could share? I'd like to build everything by hand, thanks!

I don't have any art to share in particular but I was recently thinking about a table in the style of a hive city from 40k. I think we always see terrain that's very standard city-scape but never one that's just building stacked upon one another because of dense population like we do in sci-fi.

Well obviously it would be too cluttered for most armies to play on it if just done normally so what I figured was sort of doing it as a single spire building that his been bombed out during the assault, where craters, burnt out buildings, and the like offer the open spaces while the table rises on the sides to form a sort of a U shape, with the sides being larger portions of the building that are still intact and can be opened or closed higher up to offer more space.

In other words, making the table have more of a vertical aspect to it on the fringes.
