Intro games for some Newbies

Yop. I recently came back to 40k and my co-workers, unable to afford the models but still wanna try it out, has agreed to probably a small match. I was thinking something like "Squad vs squad".

Originally I was thinking that I would bring in a few squads of SMs: Two Squads of Grey Hunters at MSU with some kitting and a full 10-man tactical DA squad against it (both would obviously be of equal points) as a beginners game. But the moment I typed it out on the group chat everyone wanted in, so I need to come up with 2 more "armies".

Should I group them into two sides and just increase the squad sizes, or find two more squads from different armies (not that hard) and give them a 4-way Free For All?

Do like a 500-point game of Capture-the-Relic or something. Or, if you want to make it unique, do a 500 point game with a relic in the middle, as soon as one side reaches the relic, you get a wave of Tyranids or Orks or something, an "NPC Faction", coming in from one of the long board edges who are going to try to capture the objective themselves. Now, both "PC factions" have to work together to defeat the new arrivals, or try to escape with the relic.
