				<description><![CDATA[ Are they the same models?  Is there some kind of special paint scheme used on Bodyguards? 				<title>Are there any differences between Crisis Battlesuits and Crisis Bodyguards?</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ As far as wargear is concerned, since bodyguards are all shas'vre (what would normally be crisis sergeants),  they all have access to special issue wargear (relics) and have slightly better stats.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ They have identical stats,  and the same choice in wargear.  They are a 10 point tax and all they provide is an auto pass look out sir.   Skip them if you can.   I only take them when forced to do so. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ In terms of models, yeah it's pretty much the same. Technically even the Battle Suit Commander, for much of the existence of the Tau, should be the same suit as the common xv8's. It isn't until recently that the Battlesuit commander has to be in the Enforcer Suit (and even then I think you get a bit of leeway so long as you mount it on a 60mm). ]]></description>

(Shas'vre rank).<br /> <br /> Also an important difference is the Shas'vre in a regular unit needs to use up a hardpoint to take a relic, whilst a bodyguard does not.<br /> <br /> That said? They no longer matter now that they aren't taken from <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQs</span>. The main benefit of them in the last codex was squeezing an extra crisis squad into your army.]]></description>
