he is you own the limited edition DA codex actually however its not a huge change he just grants your deathwing preferred enemy now (because they already get hatred via the deathwing special rule). beyond that he hasnt changed and yes his chosen are an actual formation now but havent changed beyond that

As ICs with infiltrate may not join units without infiltrate during deployment.
