Questions about fielding a legal Eldar army list

Came into some Eldar models and I want to start building around them. Point values/unit sizes haven't been determined yet. My question is:

With the Eldar Craftworlds codex Warhost detachments, I want to have a Windrider Host and an Aspect Host with Warp Spiders, Banshees, and Swooping Hawks. Can I include an Autarch HQ with the Swooping Hawks in the aspect host, or since it isn't explicitly included do I need to form a separate CAD for the Autarch?

You can take up to three command selections for each core selection. One of the options is "Heroes of the Craftworlds" which can be an autarch.

There is nothing about a craftworld warhost that prevents the autarch from joining any units in it at deployment.

Negasmurf is on target. Formations have restrictions. Mostly on what you can take, but sometimes on deployment, upgrades, etc. You may only take/do what they tell you is allowed. You can’t just toss in an extra HQ. That said, the formations you are looking at will allow you to build as you want. You just need to make sure you fill in all the mandatory slots, and take units in approved spots.
