				<description><![CDATA[ regarding fire blade, he is there not for the run and shoot. He is there to provide lead for the sniper team and split fire his marker light so that two squad of marker drones can shoot at different target at <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>bs</span> 5. He also provide extra wound to the sniper drone team which i suspect would be what my opponent wants to shoot first. The fireblade also makes the strike team shoot extra shot when they are not moving. although they can still run and shoot extra shot since under the rule book it is perfectly legal. 30 shot of s5 at 30 inch and 45 shot at 15 inch is going to hurt something.<br /> <br /> The first list is more flexible, but its going to suffer when it sees a 3 IK list of 3wk list. Those list is what i am expecting in my local tournament. My worry is that my list does not have enough D weapon to down GMC and IK threat.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I highly recommend finding 100 points to give those Stormsurges Shield Generators and running them up the field.  They provide a very unique opportunity for Tau, a VERY effective combat unit (with Stomp).  <br /> <br /> Drop the Sniper Team, (not worth the points for 2 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span> 5 Markerlights, and give the Missilesuit Squad 6 Marker Drones and the Commander Drone Controller.  Now you have 6-8 Markerlights that can <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(278);'>JSJ</span> and are a hell of a lot more mobile.  Now you can effectively annihilate anything you don't want on the table turn one with high <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span> markerlights and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>Str</span> D missiles from your two Stormsurges.]]></description>

I won't use my surge to stomp as i feel i am paying too much just to stomp. I will stomp only if i feel that they are charging my surge the next turn so it is more worth it for me to take the initiative first. I don't think it change how tau list will be played. <br /> <br /> As for the sniper drones, they are there not for their bs5 marker. Its for their drone controller which allows other drone in <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(444);'>HC</span> formation to shoot at BS5. I need the markerlight unit to be separate from my buffmander unit. Getting buffmander to babysit a drone is not worth it. I use my buffmander to spread no cover save, re roll to hit and monster/tank hunter to the primary shooting units.]]></description>
