Kruellagh the Vile for 7th Edition

So Kruellagh the Vile existed. I'd completely forgotten about her, but a friend was kind enough to gift me with a based-but-unpainted model of her. I'm a Poisoned Tongue guy rather than a Flayed Skull guy myself, but I kind of love her model for some reason. So here are some proposed updated rules for her:

Kruellagh the Vile
HQ 100 points
WS 7, BS 7, S 3, T 3, W 3, A 4, Ld 10, Sv 5+
Special Rules: Archon of the Flayed Skull, Fear Independent Character, Power From Pain
Wargear: damnation grenades, phantasm grenade launcher, plasma grenades, soul flayer, kabalite armor

damnation grenades: When firing her phantasm grenade launcher, Kruellagh may instead choose to fire with the following profile:

18", S4, AP3, Assault 1, Blast

Soul Flayer: Kruellagh's weapon of choice is a pair of arcane spikes extending from her hands capable of siphoning the life force from her victims. The result is as vitalizing for the archon as it is terrifying for her foes. Soul Flayer is a pair of venom blades (thus providing +1 Attack). For each model she slays in the fight sub-phase, Kruellagh gains +1 Attack in the following fight sub-phase.

Archon of the Flayed Skull: Kruellagh the Vile may take a venom or raider as a dedicated transport, and a single Court of the Archon unit may be included in your army without occupying a force org slot if she is included in your army.

Options:

Kruellagh may take items from the Arcane Wargear list.

Notes: I gave her Fear as a replacement for the old Hell Mask and tried to base her cost on the cost for an archon with comparable gear. At 100 points, she's a quirky, squishy little bully unit. Toss her into the fray against a squad with bad saves (orks, for instance), keep her safe from challenges, and then watch as she finishes off the mob on your opponents turn with a boat load of attacks! Access to the arcane wargear list lets her unlock some durability, versatility (haywire grenades), and even gain a little boost from the soul trap, but all that will up her cost a bit as well. What do you think? Keep in mind that my aim isn't to create a character on par with scatter bikes or raven wing, but to simply have a fun, different character for friendly games.

I like it, at 100 point she's provides support to her unit and can do some damage in close combat but she is still a t3 model with no ET.
