A Few Important Notes on the Rationale for the Sale

-- To be honest, we don't want to work hard between Christmas and New Years either!
It seems like all the staff are either stuck visiting Aunt Martha or have a bad case of the Shingles starting Dec 26th. So for customers willing to wait for things to get to some semblance of normality - a nice extra discount :-)

-- To be even more honest, sometimes I feel like the only one in this industry actually working between Christmas and New Years.
It can be frustrating. Our suppliers outside the US? Closed. US manufacturers and distributors? Skeleton crews at most. USPS is recovering from Christmas, UPS is on Holiday schedule. Shipments in and out - delays, delays, delays are the order of the day. Ordering between Christmas and New Years is probably not going to speed up your order anyway.

-- To be brutally honest, it doesn't get much better in early January either.
Remember, Dec 31 and Jan 1 are not business/shipping days for UPS and this will delay the arrival and dispatch of orders. Also, all of our manufacturers, distributors and suppliers are slow to get going in January. So PLEASE don't email me about how your January order is taking longer than expected - it's crazy out there! For your patience, we got you this nifty discount for your real Christmas present!
