Thematically I like taking Land Raiders as transports and Servitors with my Inquisitors to represent a tech priest but it isn't necessarily optimal. Valkyries might be a better transport if your using it to move Skitarii units and since its also a flyer thus giving you diversity and options. As more autonomous allies psykers can work but I find Inquisition works best when units are mixed and are used synergistically.
