[30K] Advice sought for 1000 point zone mortalis list

Playing Death Guard for a 30K Zone Mortalis game in a week or so. I have at my disposal (painted) 10 breacher marines (can take any special weapons), 5 recon marines/seekers, 10 regular terminators, 5 grave wardens, and 5 death shroud. Have 2 apothocaries, a moritat and many support/tac support/heavy support marines. The contemptors might fit the cooridors, the deredeos and leviathans certainly will not. I don't have any rapiers to play with.

I'm thinking breacher and cataphractii heavy list. Questions:

1. Are the specialist terminators worth taking. Grave wardens might be useful because they get template attacks and grenade launchers. I can't see Death Scythes being useful in such cramped quarters.
2. Centurian with Siege Breaker for the Phosphex. Worth it? The Phosphex might be nice to clog up hallways and dictate the battlegound?
3. Mortitat. Not a big fan of this idea as I'm going up against other marines, but it might be useful to have a killy independent that can run around and play in the backfield of flanks.es
4. My heavy and tac support marines are magnetized, so I can take any weapon they are allowed. I'm thinking plasma cannons.

Thoughts and suggestions would be appreciated.

Main reason I ask is zone mortalis boards typically have 100mm/4" openings, and the Deredeo and Leviathan have 80mm/3.15" bases. Also, the Deredeo - more specifically the atomantic pavaise available to them - was designed with ZM operations in mind.

In general, I think you are correct. I looked at a number of zone mortalis images and while the big coordidors are big enough to support an 80mm base, there are a fair number of openings that are significantly smaller than 80mm. So I guess a) it comes down to how the board is laid out and b) whether you can cover the small cooridors or deny access to them so that you can play to the large space.
