My actual question is, from a fluff standpoint, Eldar use steel atall as it pertains to say... Man? For example, the intakeanifolds on grav tanks, black and airbrushed with power effect or Steel (starting with ironbreaker etc.) And washed with sme highlight(s)?

Iron is a common material in the Universe. There's a high likelihood that they've encountered it along their travels. Maybe they've settled as Exodites on a Maiden World that is rich in the mineral? Whatever you want, man. It's your army. If some purist snob gives you flak, tell them that's just as strong as Wraithbone, then poke them with a sword to prove your point.
