Consider grabbing an Inquisitor and taking an Inquisitorial Valkyrie from IA2 as it's 25 points cheaper (the Inquisitor costs 25 points but hey, you get an Inquisitor). Some of the upgrade costs are different and it doesn't have Grav-Shute Insertion. Hmm don't see the reason why I should mate. An Inquisitorial Valkyrie Gunship can only take the same weaponry as a Regular Valkyrie so I don't see the reason when the only real difference is that I get an Inquisitor. Do you have points left over with literally nothing else to spend them on?
If so, you might as well upgrade.

And since the Rocket Pods are an anti-infantry weapon, it doesn't make much sense to mix an anti-tank weapon in with it.
