CAD only- no special formations or detachments
No allies
Codex entry only
No Lord's of war, gargantuan creatures, superheavies
No more than 300pts of flyers or fmc

Old school 40k essentially

I'm used to casual games and this'll be my first time fielding crons competitively
I'm limited with what I can field by the models I have. I acquired my crons in a trade and haven't added to it.

What I have available to me is:

5 lychguard w/warscythe (actually old pariah models)
5 lychguard w/sword n board
Nightbringer
10 flayed ones
5 immortals
53 warriors
11 scarab swarms
3 wraiths
3 tomb blades
9 destroyers
3 heavy destroyers
1 ghost ark
1 spyder
3 monoliths

The missions are mostly maelstrom of war with a kill points game during the course of the day.

My current t list is:

Are you allowed multiple CADs? With what you have, that's actually not a bad list. That is a massive buff.
