Converting Officio Prefectus Commissar?

Does anyone have any experience converting the Officio Prefectus Commissar? The newest plastic one. Has anyone tried doing any head or arm swaps with him? I would quite like to use him as a base for an Inquisitor.

On another not does anyone know how bare space marine heads look on guardsman? Are they too big?

Thanks

I have done both I swapped the sword out for a chain sword... It looks good... For the head swap you would need to trim down the neck nub on the space marine helmet and the commissars neck to next to nothing for it to look right I used a pair of clippers and a metal reckon nail file to clean up the cut it looks good. I also recommend pinning both the commissar and the space marine head. It is truly a life saver.

The heads that came in the Tempestus Scions box are the same size as SM heads, if the necks are anything to go by.
I used the scion beret heads on IG bodies, and they needed OK-enough to carry on with.

I'll have a look later to compare scion heads with SM heads.

Loon, you didn't try cutting the whole arm off did you? That's what I'm thinking of doing maybe. I was gonna try to give him the Galvanic Rifle resting on the shoulder from the Skitarii kit.

The head I was thinking of going for was one from the Blood Angels kit cause i wanted a bare head but i also wanted him to have relatively normal hair as opposed to bald, mohawk or buzz cut which seem to be the only options available when people go to the hair dresser in the 41st millenium.
