				<description><![CDATA[ So I was looking through the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(124);'>SW</span> part of the Curse of the Wulfen rules book, and stumbled upon something exploitable I think? We're looking at 300 S5 attacks re-rolling to hit on the charge(on paper) from the wolves alone, with preferred enemy and monster hunter. The unit will have a massive footprint, moving fast, hit & run, 6+ <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(265);'>FnP</span>, and more than likely be either invisible or have a 4++ or better depending what I roll on(harnessing on 2+). I think the potential is there to try different psychic power combos. Could end up with S7 wolves on the charge etc. Let me know what you guys think. Am I just dreaming or could this be a thing? So with that taken out of the equation, does one think this list would struggle vs high <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(9);'>AV</span>? Namely Knights? 				<description><![CDATA[ I think there are plenty of units out there that the damage output is greater than fenrisian wolves which would make a better invisistar. I mean the 3 Grey Hunter Squads arent terribly good at anything. You could take cheaper <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(388);'>SMs</span> with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(265);'>FNP</span> and put them in pods- wolf priests and rune priests arent as good as Chaplains and Libby's, so I guess why the fenrisian wolves? All it takes is say a a riptide to tie up the unit and you arent going anywhere. The wolves have a base <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span> of 4 and a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(149);'>ws</span> of 4 and a 6+ armor save. I havent seen many lists at all that have ever even used 20 of them (besides to be a meat shield for a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(504);'>TWC</span> lord) why would people take 75? I could be wrong, but I dont see it.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Lictor, you're right of course, but my point is again, the wolves aren't very good, they aren't resilient, they don't negate armor saves, and their footprint will be so big you wont be able to get all that many into combat (because of the bigger base size as well). Would it be able to beat some armies- sure, but a tournament Tau list with all their firepower- unlikely, and eldar army with lots of scat bikes? Also, because he just has wolves, the libbies have to stay in the wolf squad, or they will be killed immediately, so how does he capture objectives? With the 3 squads of grey hunters? Yes, maybe turn 1 when the pods arrive they capture some objectives, but then the marines will be killed quickly and all that will be left is a deathstar of t4 armor 6+ wolves. Again, maybe you both are right, I just don't see it being a tournament winner, and unlike Demi Companies and Riptide Spam, and Eldar- I just dont think too many people would buy 75 fenrisian wolves.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I was thinking about this huge wolf unit and thought there must be a way to make it good, and even more annoying to everyone.   To do it one must rip apart the fluff and use Azrael, and then some beatstick <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(25);'>DA</span> biker <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> (as much as they have, probably biker captain w fist and sword or something) and two cheapo scouts, and void shield generator.   Then for a third detachment take flesh tearers strike force w sanguinary priest and jump pack and fist, Cassor the damned in a pod for troops.   Azrael can hide behind the generator out of sight and with all those wolf bodies remain in coherency via conga line blob.   I'm pretty sure one can still fit a knight of some sort in there too as the flesh tearers still permit a lord of war in that detachment.   Objectives are meh and not what this is about.  This is about a vast table wide multicharge.  If somehow that darkshroud would prevent overwatch on the whole unit cuz <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(25);'>DA</span> guys are in it then slap a teleport homer on the captain and that would help too.   Probably. It enough knight points after that but wolf bodies can be removed to pay for that.   Or change Cassor to more scouts.   <br /> <br /> Oh yes, that would be super annoying to see on the table even for the owning player!]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I would suggest upgrading all the packs to cyber wolves. They are there to take the challenges from your precious  <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(67);'>ICs</span><br /> since they are caracters themselves. Also 75 wolves is too much, you can drop it to 50 and be ok. As for the lib conclave<br /> try ravenguard, with the kauyon supplement they have a relic armor that can give stealth to the unit (and shrouded if the<br />  model doesnt move) and they get first turn shrouded anyways. Also they use jumpacks (cheaper than bikes) to move<br />  and run so they dont slow the star. <br /> <br /> Add one or two <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(67);'>ICs</span> lets say Iron Priests with the new hammer and maybe a ravenwing detachment for Sammael (fearless, scout,<br /> hit and run, and +3 inches run or charge) and you are set.  Knights you can deal with the 5 melta bombs and the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span> 10 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(6);'>ap</span> 1 fists<br /> of the Priests.<br /> The barkstar is pretty solid, and shreds warpspiders and scatbikes easily. The only problem is the new Tau detachment but with <br /> some support and the correct phycic powers i think you ll be allright.]]></description>
