Is this a good load out, or would different war gear be better?

How do you come to this conclusion?
Sisters are amazing at kill team. They have good armor, good BS, bolters, much more useful then in larger games, widespread access to special weapons and Acts of Faith. Can't take Priests.

Celestians are actually quite good in kill team. With close combat more likely to happen, the extra attack and WS are much more likely to come into play. In addition, the LD9 helps if you're making Break tests.

Dominions are OK at kill team, but I'm more likely to use Seraphim. Faster, same CC bonuses as Celestians. Hand flamers with sniper and poison from the rules set make them scary good, and with AoF they're even nastier.

As a list, try

6 Celestians, 2x Melta.
5 Seraphim, 2x Hand flamers.

Yes.
