				<title>'Your Dudes' Character Creation System</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ So, we all know how bloody frustrating it is to have 'your dude' roll crap traits/powers that upset the fluff (e.g My super sneaky captain has.... Furious Charge, mmmmmmkay).<br /> To fix this, you can create a permanent <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> Character (With bis own name 'nall) with their own datasheet. Kinda like a Codex named character. Think <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(326);'>DnD</span> character creation for your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(3);'>40k</span> lists.<br /> <br /> Simply attach a point cost to all Psyker powers and Warlord Traits, using a Vanilla <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> unit as a base (Captain, Buffmander, Farseer) and then adding extras to suit.<br /> <br /> <br /> Though I do get the feeling Captains should get the ability to take Heavy Weapons, as literally the only competetive build for captains os Smashbane or his Raukaan brother.<br /> <br /> Perhaps we can start one list at a time, eh?]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I have actually been for just being able to choose a warlord trait and even psychic powers for a while. We have played it out in games at my local shop, and it doesn't make things any more broken then any others. there are only really a few psychic powers in the game that are really that much stronger then others. (invis being one of them) I would like to see a rework to one or two of them but at the least being able to choose a warlord trait really helps you build a thematically designed list, and none of them are really 'game changing" some are just bad in general,, and nothing feels bad worse then rolling and getting totally useless crap. ]]></description>
