The Melta Bombs are because I don't exactly have a lot I can do with 20 pts. Is there anything I could swap them out for that would make sense? My Stormtalons are magnetized to receive either the missile launcher or lascannons.

The idea is that one Sternguard Pod and the Honour Guard Pod come down turn one. Telepathy will be used to augment the Honour Guard's survivability. The second Sternguard Pod will come down turn two, and the Stormtalons will come in automatically that turn as well. Or should I have both Sternguard Pods come down turn one and the Honour Guard Pod come down turn two? Another way to boost the survival of the Pedro Librarian Honour Guard team would be for the Librarian to roll on Biomancy in hopes of getting Endurance. Giving the whole squad Feel No Pain (4+), Eternal Warrior (something Pedro is lacking), and Relentless (YAY!) would actually make these guys pretty tough. Most of the other powers are fairly useful too. Warp Speed would make them have an even more hilarious amount of attacks.

IF I do end up going Biomancy, I almost want to take those twenty points spent on Melta Bombs and put them toward the Primarch's Wrath for the Librarian. That, combined with Relentless equals a fairly nice shooting combo. Biomancy in general, by virtue of the ability to let the Honour Guard fire their bolters and assault rather than their bolt pistols means more Bolter Drill (YAY!).
