Best weapon+support system for Crisis Battlesuits to get

I am currently playing with a lot of SM chapters, Tyranids, IG and Orc.(with Plenty of IK allies)
At first, I was thinking to get 2 FB and TL for all of my 9 Crisis, but it seemed like a bad Idea
since there is armies like Orc and I might be overrun far too easily...
Any Ideas on what would be the best set up to use in most cases for my 9 Crisis and 2 commanders?

Two Plasma Rifles on one squad of three, hunt elite units first then anything with a good save. Light vehicles in a pinch.

Two Fusion Blasters on a squad of three. Drop melta squad, guns will hurt pretty much anything if they survive. Can target Wraithknights and such in a pinch. Won't pop it in one go, but blows a hole.

Two Airbursting Fragmentation Projectors on a squad of three for anti-horde work. Can place decent numbers of wounds on non-horde units too. Flamers also work for cheaper, but have a range downside.

Burst Cannons are decent, though you can get S5/AP5 spam plenty of places in Tau and I wouldn't call this the best platform.

Both missiles and cyclic ion blasters nice. 7/4 spam is nice... Redundant if you have broadsides however.

Kit out one commander with shoulder mounted missile pods, a drone controller and target lock and stick her in 6 marker drones for very reliable markerlights. If you're cool with forge world rules, there's a signiature system in Imperial Armour 3 that offers a markerlight and target lock for a good price, letting your marker commander split fire a single light elsewhere. Very nice to have.

Kit the other commander out with magnets on the wrists to kit out as needed for joining squads, or left bare when ran as a buffmander. I'm not a big buffmander fan myself, but a magnetised commander is entirely capable of running that way just by not filling the arm slots.

As for support systems for crisis units: Just stick a part you like the look of on one shoulder, and test run what ones work for you. Personally, I run pretty light on them in most lists. Suits are pricey enough after buying two weapons unless you have a really clear purpose in mind.

I just couldn't find enough of them anywhere...

CIB and AFP, you can get them on storm surges in a pair, or a single on a commander box... so you will probably be better off making them on your own.

Plasma rifle is better anti-elite role, as it will tend to get double the shots, being rapid fire, than the FB. FB does provide a bit more flexibility, being able to take on vehicles dependably, but only ever gets 1 shot per blaster. And 7th ed seems to prove an axiom of quality in quantity.

The CiB is the best multi-role weapon option for Crisis, as it it has both a high strength and a high rate of fire.
Best weapon+support system for Crisis Battlesuits to get

Most have already said, but dual Plasma or CiB or AFP and the staple 2 Fusion Blasters.. As for the support systems, I've had a lot of success giving my PR/FB suits a flamer instead of a support system. This way if they need to they can stack on a lot of wounds and its awesome in overwatch (you can Wall of Death then fire one of your main guns). This would work well in your meta too, since you face horde armies (flamers are great for ignoring SM biker jinks also though this isnt a huge issue with markerlight support)

You should also magnetize your crisis suits, they are by far one of the easiest models to magnetize. In most cases you don't even need to drill into their arms/shoulders.

They don't require markerlight support, they discourage charging, they're Objective Secured deep strikers, they have a lot of mobility and they're only 33 points!
