I find 5 man squads (since you will be combat squadding a lot to use both the flamer and meltas effectively) too easy to shoot down to hand melee upgrades to.
-I'd make the scouts melee scouts and have them ride the raven, while the jump guys make their own way or deep strike, depending on enemy firepower.
-I'd give the raven the assault cannon over the lascannon.

Not the best list but i haven't play a real game since the end of 5th so ive decided to just bring what i got end get some games under my belt and have some fun.
