				<description><![CDATA[ Hey, there!<br /> <br /> I am up against 2 tyranid players in a few days. They will propably play together and split the points somehow, but it will be 1000 pts.<br /> One of them prefers to play nidzilla, the other one just bought the start collecting tyranids box (which is full of flyers).<br /> <br /> I tried to come up with something fun:<br /> <br /> <br /> Standard Force Org. Chart<br />   Company Command Squad - <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>ML</span>, carapace armor on veterans (81)<br /> <br />   Platoon Command Squad - bare bones (30)<br />   2 Infantry Squads - 2x <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>ML</span>, boltguns on sergents (132)<br /> <br />   Veteran Squad - autocannon (70)<br /> <br /> Armored Shield Formation (start collecting! Astra Militarum)*<br />   Commissar - Boltgun (26)<br />   Infantry Squad - <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>ML</span> (65)<br />   Leman Russ - bare bones (150)<br /> <br /> Dominus Maniple (start collecting! Skittarii)**<br />   Tech Priest Dominus - eradication beam, phosphor serpenta (125)<br />   Onager Dunecrawler - icarus array (125)<br />   10 Vanguard - 3x plasma caliver, omnispex (195)<br /> <br /> -----1000 Pts -----<br /> <br /> *Formation rules give all infantry from this formation 4+ cover when near the tank.<br /> **Formation rules let the Tech Priest nominate one unit within 18inch; the whole formation can reroll to-hit when shooting.<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>MLs</span>,  plasma caliver and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(87);'>LR</span>' battle cannon all should be pretty good at dealing with the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(93);'>MCs</span> that I will propably be facing. My skit vanguard can reroll all of their shots (on top of having <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span> 7, 6 or 5 on three of my turns), wich will not only almost nullify gets hot, but will also let them hit with near 100% accuracy when it counts. I want to see that carnifex/hive tyrant that takes 9x S7 AP2 shots and lives!<br /> <br /> Dunecrawler is obviously for hunting down the flyers i am almost certain to face.<br /> <br /> The commissar is tax for giving the small squad 4+ cover, but the formation doesnt tell me to field em together. I guess sticking him in the 20-man blob wont hurt.<br /> <br /> The autocannon is only in the list because i cant afford another <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>ML</span>. I am not sure if I want to put it in the vets or rather in the squad with the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(87);'>LR</span>, as it -could- be used as emergancy anti-air,  which would make BS4 useless.<br /> <br /> Think this list will work? Any suggestions? Enough anti-air?<br /> ]]></description>
