I would drop the fist, extra bike and attack bike, plus the 4th bike in your other demi company. 269 points so far saved then drop your scouts 220 more points saved. 489 points that you could take 3 5 man Sternguard in Drop Pods for 435 and have 54 points if you wanted to take 5 combis. If you take off some other wargear on your razorbacks maybe more.

I’ll agree that the 6th man in the squad is probably not worth the points. I’ll disagree on the bike; I like a little padding there before the specials start to go away. Attack bikes are good for squads with HQs, as they have two wounds, so you can LOS one to them and not loose any efficiency from the squad.

There aren’t many things that are going to one-shot your captain, so you might want to put the fist on him, and move the LC to the sarge. You also might want to find the points to put the chaplain on a bike and join them.

Points could also be well spent upgrading razor weapons. Your CC scout squad could use a LSS.

That's 866 points there.

Kantor and 3 5-man Sternguard Squads with a Drop Pod each is 620 points, bringing the total to 1486.

Now, special weapons on the Tac and Bike Squads should come to 80pts.

Heavy weapons for the Devs will be another 140pts.

Give the Captain a Bike and lightning claw and all the Tac Sergeants a combi-weapon and it's 95 points, bringing it to 1801.

I can either bling my Razorbacks or beef up the Bike Squads, not both. Even then, I can't afford an Attack Bike, shield for the Captain or any combi-weapons for the Sternguard.
