Anti-character? My only real criticism is your Wolf Lord seems a little bit derp. The Storm Bolter isn't the best option, it's extra points for shooting and Wolf Lords are best for close combat, and keeping a bolt pistol will grant you an attack. I for one have always liked the claws. The ws3 very rarely makes a difference to your killing power because of how many things are ws4.
