I never won against him, he manages to destroy most of my units in 1 turn, and tables me by turn 3 most of the time.

With space marines he drops a unit of melta units at my tanks and destroys them right away. with skitarii he gets turn 1 in CC with his infiltrators and wins the game because I can't do anything against them. And his tanks army is the most easiest out of all of them because I only get tabled turn 4.

So yeah I got around 3000 points of guard, 1 demolisher, 2 lrbt which I can change to one of its variants, some sentinels, 50 militarum tempestus scions, wyvern, hellhound or one of its variants, 1 vendetta, 1 valkyrie, manticore, deathstrike, and a whole bunch of fortifications, 3 vets squads.

i can't deal with what he throws at me, I am a sh*t tactitian, so does anyone has examples of 1500 lists to share ? Or any advice ?

Overall you seem to be focussing too much on Tempestus though, and while 1-2 units are nice, 50 is a bit excessive.

Deathstrikes are usually regarded as fun units; while it's enjoyable when they go off, they're wasted points if you're trying to win. One unit of melta guys should only be able to destroy one tank or one unit if you have the squaded up. Everything in the Skitarii codex besides the walkers is T3 4+ so your hellhound should be destroying them, causing instant death to Alphas, Infiltrators, and Ruststalkers. Eradicators are also very good for this. Ignoring cover, doubling toughness AP 4. Eradicators with 3 HBs really chew through skitarii.

Scions are very expensive for what they bring to the table. as stated above, a few are good but they become a point sink.

You can use your scions like your opponent uses drop pod marines to kill tanks. DS a couple units where you need them to be with meltaguns.

You dont have a CCS? Are you guys strictly WYSIWIG? All 3 tanks I might proxy the demolisher for something else, maybe an eradicator.

LRBT stock are great at killing anything not a TEQ So possibly both of those. You need to deploy wisely. Make sure there are some models around your tanks to try and avoid the melta drop, and if you dont deploy right at the edge of your deployment it is impossible for him to get off a first turn charge. Just one inch back will do.

Its a shame you dont have any chimeras/taurox. Plasma/melta vets are a good mobile firebase in a transport.
You could load your CCS full of melta/plasma into the vendetta and drop it off somewhere, and also a vet squad with plasma/melta in the valk.

Do you have the Scion codex? maybe you can try and allied detachment to get Obsec on some deep striking scions, and make use of their orders.

If you know you are playing guard/skitarii Take the hellhoud for sure, and eradicators. Attach him to a large unit of Guardsmen, and when the Pods arrive, let loose with a couple dozen Lasguns. With that many shots he's bound to lose a few guys.

There's also the consideration that you don't need to necessarily kill his units to win.
