This can get kind of expensive points wise. The Riptide Wing suggestion is probably a good one, as well. I might take a Tau Allied Detachment with either an Ethereal or Fireblade, a Riptide, 1-2 10 man Fire Warrior Strike Teams (preferably with the tactical turrets), a Pathfinder team, and a Sky Ray. Fill in the rest of the list with Ravenwing. Put the Fire Warriors in some kind of cover, preferably near objectives, and blast away while the Ravenwing go forth and destroy stuff. I think you might be able to do it even better with Farsight Enclaves, as you can take Crisis units as your troops (you will want to take a Commander since you can't take Ethereals in a FSE list and the Fireblade is useless without Fire Warriors).
