So me and a friend are running a game each week of 40k, my eldar, his white scars, and we start on 1,000 Points, and every week add 100 points extra.

We played the 1k point game so far, and what i found is white scars can be quite nasty especially with khan. After playing this game however, I instantly loved the warlock conclave and farseer bike combo.

I realize I needed some more firepower and punch to the army at 1100 for our next game.

And have came up with the following list, Appreciate any feedback or comments

Take them as a part of an Aspect Host, and you've got an entire squad at BS5 (Exarch at 6).

I'm on the fence about the Scorpions. Against White scars they'll struggle to catch their target. I think keeping the Warp Spiders might be better. When dealing with a fast opponent, taking things that are slow and close ranged is usually unhelpful. Like the Wraithlords from your previous list. Try to stick to units that are either fast, long ranged, or both.

If you like the conclave idea so much, you might consider making them a Seer Council for the 3+ harness buff. Once you get to a higher points game you could even throw Eldrad in there. If you manage to roll fortune that 3++ re-rollable makes one heck of a tank.

Maybe something like:
Seer Council:
- Farseer: Singing Spear, Skyrunner, Spirit Stone of Anath'lan
- Farseer: Singing Spear, Skyrunner
- 5x Warlock: Skyrunners, 4x Singing Spears

CAD
- Autarch: Shard of Anaris, Banshee Mask, Skyrunner
- 3x Windriders: 3x Scatter Lasers
- 3x Windriders: 3x Scatter Lasers
- 5x Warp Spiders + Exarch
- 3x Dark Reapers + Exarch: 3x Starshot Missiles, EML

The dark reapers do sound really good against white scars or bike units in general, though I do not specifically want to tailor my list just to beat white scars.

As for the seer council, I think that sounds like a great idea, I just wanted to learn the units first before trying out the formations etc.
