Contemplating doing up a small force for 3rd/4th edition 40k and was wondering if people would be cool if I retro-fitted new 32mm packed marines onto the original 25mm bases they used to have. Leaning towards keeping them on 32's but the retro 'feel' feels better with 25's.

On that note, I've no clue whether to go for a stock standard SM chapter (Ultras in this case unless another suggestion comes up )

What I want to do is keep to the 'feel' of 3rd and 4th editions of 40k, as 7th to me feels quite overdone as a ruleset and I'm not keen on the arms race/big monster mash it is becoming.
